Getting your required HERS Rating can be as simple as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Before you begin your project, we confer with you to ensure that your building’s design will meet your energy efficiency goals.

Step 2: When you get to a point in the project where you are about to close up areas of the building, we’ll verify that appropriate measures have been taken to meet efficiency standards.

Step 3: At the end of the project, we’ll evaluate the home for air leakage, thermal leakage, efficiency of appliances and heating/cooling systems, as well as evaluate any renewable energy systems involved with the building, and give you the final rating.
