January 28, 2010 - Mayor Welcomes Home Energy Efficiency Specialists in Salem

Salem, MA – Last Thursday, Joe Green Home Solutions Inc. hosted their official ribbon-cutting ceremony with Salem Mayor Kim Driscoll and local business leaders.

Joe Green Home is a residential energy efficiency solutions company located in Salem, MA that provides energy audits, weatherization services, and renewable systems to home owners. Joe Green Home works with homeowners to increase their energy efficiency, reduce energy bills, and maximize home comfort.

The event was attended by a number of local business leaders from the Salem Chamber of Commerce, key members of the Enterprise Center and representatives from Congressman John Tierney’s office. Joe Green Home president and founder, Chris Henson, showcased how an energy audit is conducted using diagnostic tools such as the blower door and the infrared camera. In his welcome speech to attendees, Henson pledged to “green Salem one home at a time.”
